On October 30, 2021, the 10th annual meeting of Center for Leadership and Executive Coaching was held in Shanghai. In the evening talk, Arete College participated in the discussion on "children's education".

"Double reduction" implementation, study abroad blocked, college entrance examination reform...... Under the new rules, relying on experience is likely to go the other way. In time, we need to shift to the future and look at the broader scale of the education path that best fits the trend.

Dr. Wang Sheng, executive dean of Arete College, shared the contents of the theme of "Education Pursuit penetrating the Changes of The Times" and the concrete practice of how to cultivate the entrepreneurship of the new generation of students.

Later, President Wang Sheng and three distinguished guests began the discussion on education. They are Dr. Zhilong Qian, a doctor of education at the University of Southern California and the founder of UNSCHOOL; Mr. Xu Zhiyong, chairman of ShengDaChangQing and parent of Arete students; Mr. Zhang Chunhua, chairman of Shanghong Shelf and parent of Arete students. In the end, the guests jointly answered many of the audience's questions, they all benefited a lot from the conversation.
