Course Description: Introduces students to natural science, hypothesis testing, and general concepts of biomolecules, cells, and cellular energy processes. Develops knowledge of the terms and concepts of ecology, evolution, disease biology, and physiology. Highlights socially relevant issues. This course is designed for Biology, Biochemistry, Environmental Studies, and Neuroscience majors, as well as for pre-medical and other pre-health students.
