English Composition helps students develop the fundamentals of critical thinking and argumentation, and become effective writers of college-level in different contexts. Students learn the writing skills that can be adapted to different purposes and disciplines. Students will be trained to write with emphasis on logic, organization, levels of usage, grammar and mechanics. This course will also help students in information gathering and critical analysis of sources, and audience awareness. In addition to academic argument, students will write for a variety of situations.
