On February 22, the 2021-term students of Arete College completed the grouping of the private board meeting of the new semester and planned the process of the private board meeting together.
The two private board groups are led by Ms Yang Rui and Ms Zhang Jing from Arete College.
The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the arrangement and core issues of the private board meeting in this semester, promote the communication among the new group members, enhance mutual contacts, and form more consensus.
▲Students taking notes
After explaining the core points and difficulties of management, leadership and private board meeting, the second part - "3 Years Folding of Life" is started, which aims to lead students to analyze their own life experience and have a deeper understanding of the members of the private board group and their stories.
▲Students drwing their life folding graph and sharing their stories
After every one's story was listened to and repected, the discussion turned to the core values of the private board group.
▲Students participating in discussing the core values
In the process of discussion, we sometimes cheered in excitement, sometimes endowed in serious meditation, sometimes participated in heated discussion, and sometimes in rational analysis. Finally, the core values of the private board group were determined from 12 keywords by voting. One group's values were: "Empathy, sincerity, respect." We hope that on the basis of this consensus, we can think independently and devote ourselves to the content of each private board meeting.
After completing the value discussion, the private board meeting proceeded to the final step of "establishing growth goals and identifying little angels".
▲Students wrote down their name and goals and identified their angels by drawing lots
The "little angel" will try to help their matched classmate to complete the growth target without actively exposing themselves.
This semester, the private board group has improved in terms of mode, members, flexibility and professionalism, which can help students to grow further.
