On the evening of February 13th, Arete College had an in-depth conversation via video call with German writer Dr. Rainer Zitelmann, discussing topics such as education, innovation and entrepreneurship, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. Arete college students also participated in the online dialogue.

Dr. Rainer Zitelmann is the author of 25 books and has served as an editor, teacher, and successfully founded a consulting company. His works, such as "Daring to be Different," have been translated into multiple languages including Chinese and Korean, and have had a wide influence.

Dr. Zitelmann agrees with Arete's educational model, believing that the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit should begin with young people, allowing teenagers to set goals and try small projects. Dr. Zitelmann discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the international education systems. Drawing on his own experiences, Dr. Zitelmann offered Arete college students advice on self-awareness and self-improvement, such as reading biographies and traveling. Arete college students engaged in online dialogue and communication with Dr. Zitelmann fluently in English.
