On 9 June, the popular Arete College elective course, "World Civilisations in Museums", was introduced to Shanghai Bund One Art Museum, where students and teachers studied Botticelli and the Renaissance at close quarters during a fascinating talk by Ms Shen Qilan.
The exhibition, the largest Botticelli-themed exhibition to date in mainland China, opened recently at the Bund One Art Museum in Shanghai and features 48 Renaissance masterpieces from the Uffizi Gallery's collection, including 10 works by Sandro Botticelli.
